Wholesale Terms

To become a stockist, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. We must receive a copy of your Resellers Permit in the Wholesale Application (if your state requires these) prior to shipment of first orders.
PAYMENT
• Credit card, ACH or wire transfer: required for all orders $1,999 and less, optional as payment methods for orders more than $1,999.
• Net 30 Terms: available for orders of $2,000+ after completion of Net 30 Terms Application and approval. Net 30 terms must be paid via wire transfer or ACH, no credit card payments.
HOW TO ORDER
Credit card orders can be placed online at feelbeloved.com/wholesale-shop or by contacting us at wholesale@feelbeloved.com or 409-449-875. There is a single password for this site that will be updated periodically. When the password changes, you’ll receive the updated password via email.
ACH, Wire and Credit Terms orders can be sent to wholesale@feelbeloved.com.
ORDER MINIMUM
$0. No minimum!
TURNAROUND TIME
We do our absolute best to ship within 2-4 business days. During busy periods kindly allow up to a week for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Large orders may take a bit longer.
SHIPPING
All US Domestic orders include flat-rate shipping and handling of $20 per pack. Int’l shipping will be quoted prior to shipping. Shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Shipping costs, applicable duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Beloved is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage. Expedited shipping options and additional insurance are available upon request. Orders including multiple packs may be consolidated into larger shipping boxes.
ADJUSTMENTS, RETURNS, & CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed immediately after being received, there cannot be any adjustments or cancellations after an order has been placed. Due to FDA Regulations, returns of Lady Libido Boost, the Intimacy Serum & Personal Moisturizer or any product that contains those items are not accepted except in the case that damaged stock was received. Minor scratches on packaging does not constitute damaged stock. If unit carton packaging is damaged, we will send you new ones. Damages must be reported within two calendar days of receipt. No returns are accepted without prior approval and delivery instructions.
ONLINE SELLING
We’re excited to have you sell online, but managing this channel is important to safeguard both your success and ours. Third-Party Selling on sites such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram, or other similar platforms is only allowed with written permission and the product cannot be sold below the MAP/MSRP. Promotion on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other social media platforms is encouraged and appreciated.
MINIMUM ADVERTISING PRICE (MAP)/MANUFACTURERS SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (MSRP) & DISCOUNTING
No sales, discounting or clearance of the product is allowed. We will consider price reduction promotions if the product is part of a larger marketing initiative that includes other products such as bundles or store-wide sales. Pre-approval must be gained prior to running such a promotion. Advertising or selling Beloved products above MAP/MSRP is allowed.
TERRITORY PROTECTION
Territory protection (not allowing another Beloved stockist within a certain geographic distance) may be available. Quarterly minimum commitments must be reached in order to earn and maintain protection. Contact us to request this.
